We have three methods for wholesale purchase:

It includes:

• Selected article (pendant, bracelet, sets, etc.).

The minimum quantities to apply the wholesale price according to each case, are the following:

WHOLESALE 1: 20 items

WHOLESALE 2: 25 items

WHOLESALE 3: 30 items

TO PLACE YOUR WHOSALE ORDER:

  • You can place your order by mail to ventasmx@flores-tami.com, by phone to   01 800 624 4625 (Mexico), to +521 735 125 80 10 (International) or by Inbox to our Facebook fanpage. 

  • Send us the amount and the images of the items you are interested in, to make a quote for you.

 

  • As soon as we receive your order, we will make your quote including shipping costs and it will be sent to you by mail to confirm it. We will also include an estimated delivery time depending on the features of it.

  • Also, we’ll include the payment methods for you to make your deposit and send your proof of payment by mail.

  • Once your payment is confirmed, we will proceed to the production of your order.

  • When your order is finished, we will notify you by mail and send photos of your items so that you can authorize them.

  • With the authorization of your order, you will need to provide us with the shipping and billing information.

  • As soon as your order is shipped, we will notify you with the tracking number and the tracking link according to the shipping company.

 

  • If the items of your order are available in our stock, the delivery time is 3 - 5 business days from the confirmation of your payment.

 

  • If we DO NOT have the items available in stock, the delivery time can vary from 10 to 15 business days depending on the number of items. This information will be specified in detail when we make your quote.

 

  • WITHIN MEXICO. The shipping cost is $ 138.- MXP to any part of the Mexican Republic and is done by Fedex. You can track your order by clicking on the following button.

  • INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING. The shipping cost will be quoted depending on the shipping company specified by the client. 

  • If you already have an account in a shipping company and you prefer to make the charge to that account, it is important that you indicate it to us at the time of sending it.

POLICIES

The manufacturing time of the item is 1-2 business days from the confirmed payment, and the delivery time once sent is 1 - 2 business days, however, there are times when the destination is considered " extended zone ", this means that the shipping company does not deliver every day in these areas, but they have 1 day at a week (or 2) to schedule the deliveries. We do not have special deliveries on weekends.

 

If the customer's location belongs to an extended area, the delivery will be made only on the days established by the shipping company. Unfortunately, we have no way to expedite deliveries in these cases and the extended areas are only set by the shipping company, so there is no way to identify which ones are they until the related shipping label is made. At this time the customer will be notified about the special delivery time.

 

It is important that the customer constantly tracks the status of the shipment to ensure the delivery date, so that there is a responsible person at the delivery address who can receive the package, otherwise it will be returned to the nearest shipping company office.

 

In some occasions they would make a second delivery attempt, however, this is not mandatory, so the customer will have to pick it up directly to the corresponding office. It can only be picked up by the person to whom the shipment is addressed and must carry an official identification (driver's license, ID or passport) between a time period of 1-5 business days to claim the shipping before it is returned to the TAMI facilities.

return

Our return policy applies during the following 5 days from the receipt of the items. If this time has been exceeded, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

 

To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received. It must also be in its original packaging.

 

To complete your claim, you will need to provide the following info:

  1. A receipt or proof of payment.

  2. Order number.

  3. A brief explanation of the reason the client wants to return the item (s).

All claims must be made through the same platform the purchase was made.

If approved, then your refund will be processed, and the credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a period of up to 5 business days from the receipt of your item. To return it, you must send your article to:

The customer will be responsible for paying their own shipping costs to return the item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you prefer to be provided with a shipping guide to return the items, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund $ 120 MXN. (MEXICO ONLY). The delivery time of the article is 1-5 business days. Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. You will also be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are sending an order with a value greater than $1,000 MXN, you should consider the trackable shipping service or the purchase of shipping insurance, as we do not guarantee receiving your item back. We can provide you with a label with these features at a cost of $ 130 MXN.

In case the refund is rejected, the item will be returned to the customer by normal delivery through Correos de México (USPS) with an average delivery time of between 15 - 20 business days (MEXICO ONLY) or 20-28 business days (REST OF THE WORLD) If the client prefers urgent delivery with 1-2 business days delivery, it must cover the shipping costs for a total of $ 130 MXN. For international expedite shipping the cost will have to be quoted at the time.

DELAYED OR FAULTY REMITTANCES (IF APPLICABLE)

If you have not received your refund yet, please check your bank account again.

 

Then, contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially applied.

Then, contact your bank. There is often a period before a return process is reflected.

If you want to change it for another article, you need to specify in the message, the item you want in exchange for the item returned and cover the difference (if applicable). If the total of the returned item is higher than the item purchased, you will be reimbursed for the difference in a period of 5 business days (read refund policies).

gift return

If the item has been marked as a gift when purchased and sent directly to you, you will receive a credit gift for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent by mail.

 

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the person making the gift sent the item to himself to give it to you later, we will send a refund to that person and he will be responsible for returning it to you. (Read refund policies).
